Data controller
Nicolas Demangeat, sole proprietor (trade name: POPI GAME STUDIO), Lieu-dit Le Tertre, 448 chemin de la Salmonière, 72550 Coulans-sur-Gée, France — [email protected].
Technical service providers
To work and stay secure, this site relies on two providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which protects and delivers the site and therefore sees visitors’ IP addresses, and Brevo (France), which delivers by email the messages sent through the contact form. They only use this data to provide their service.
Data collected
This site is a showcase: it offers no registration. Apart from the contact form described below, it does not collect any personal data from visitors. The host’s technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) may be kept for the security and proper operation of the service.
Contact form
If you write to us through the form, we collect your name, your email address, your organisation (if any), the subject and content of your message, and your IP address (spam protection). This data is used only to reply to you; it can only be read by the site publisher, is neither sold nor used for any other purpose, and is deleted no later than 12 months after it is received. Your message is sent by email to the publisher through a mail delivery service (Brevo). An anti-robot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may be used: it only serves to tell a human visitor from a robot.
Third-party game platforms
When you click a “Play on…” link, you leave this site: the data collected on the platform (account, advertising, audience measurement) is governed by that platform’s own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site uses no audience-measurement, tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set: a session cookie (security of the contact form and the publisher-only administration) and a cookie remembering your language choice (duration: 12 months). They do not require consent. The YouTube videos shown on some pages only load when you click them: YouTube may then use its own cookies, according to its privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may ask for access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
